Our machines covers everything from 10 to 24
folds with Round Pile Feeder and 10 to 18
folds with Flat Pile feeder option with
serialization printing and inspection
facility.
SUPERPRINT 150 is equipped with a jogger,
high resolution printer unit, smart camera based
inspection system and ejection unit at the end of
conveyor to collect faulty samples in locked box.
A smart reconciliation system ensures that all
finished samples are collected in to the collection
unit.

Features
- Can handle both rectangular and round tapes
- Accommodates tape thickness ranging from 1 mm to 16 mm, ensuring compatibility with various tape types.
- Can apply tape with a maximum width of 270 mm, while also allowing for smaller widths down to 38 mm for single-tab applications and 100 mm for double-tab applications.
- Speeds of up to 10,000 sheets per hour or a conveyor speed of 30 meters per minute to increase productivity
- The applicator features height adjustment capabilities, providing versatility for use with different types of folders, including right-angle folders and knives.
- Maintains accuracy in label application by allowing for 10 mm side spacing, even for wider folded samples up to 200 mm.
- Ensures precise and accurate label application
