Job Description

Installation, maintenance and servicing of machine as per plan
Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions (Installation Report, Service Report, Feedback Form etc.)
Providing training & technical support to the customers
Providing training to all team members
Take care and maintain records of property belonging to customers
Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
Take ownership of customer’s issues & resolve customer issues
Improve customer service experience
Upgrade the skill time to time to able to give support upcoming models
